All orders, we will carry out quality control in the whole process of production.
The first is the quality control of raw materials, the second is the quality assurance in the production process, and then the inspection of packaging. And the products are spot checked again before the products are put into storage.
Today, we would like to share how we operate during product spot checking, taking lab coat as an example.
When checking the details of lab coat, the below information needs to be confirmed:
1. Appearance and style
Color confirmation-compare if the color same as customer's request
Collar label-confirm if it is marked with correct size.
Style-collar: white knitted; cuffs-white knitted; front-5 buttons, evenly spaced; pockets-one pocket on right chest, one pocket on left waist and another on the right, total 3 pockets.
2. Size measurement
Length of lab coat-the length from shoulder seam to downswing
Width of lab coat-back width, the size between the armpit seam
Length of sleeves-the size from shoulder seam to cuffs
Width of sleeves-the size from shoulder seam to armpit seam
Pockets size- width and length
Collar and cuffs size-the width of knit
3. Packing printing, size and quantity confirmation
Inner bag and outer carton printing-confirm if the printed LOGO information totally same as customer's design; confirm LOT, MFG, EXP information correct.
Outer carton size- measure the length, height and width. And ensure final volume is correct and all cartons could be loaded into container. The outer carton will not bulgy with perfect and professional packing.
Quantity checking-5pcs per bag, 50pcs per carton. Inspecting according to the rate of 10 percent , ensure unpacking quantity is 100 percent correct. Production staff must to recheck all the packaging quantity if found one wrong packed quantity.
After the above inspections are completed and products are confirmed to be qualified, they will be accepted by warehouse and waiting for loading.
